Completed mounts pick up policy & procedures.
BiG Game Sometimes there are several things that can happen , hair slippage on the ears to facial slippage or cape damage which may not show until it is processed and tanning is completed or damage from tags through the ears or bullet holes. Dragging marks , rope damage ect. We do everything to make repairs that are not visable but sometimes we can only do so much to repair it. You may need to purchase a new cape at the going rate if the cape is not repairable.You will still be charged for procedures , shipping or any misc things up to the point of finding the unrepairable damage , this will be taken from your deposit & the remainder of your deposit and cape will be returned net 45 days
Fish , may have scale loss or damage that cant be determined until preservation has been completed and may not be completely repairable. Thus it may show some flaws after the fish is completed. We may replace or repair fins at an additional charge , The charge is based on time and materials. Cold water fish may have oil bleed through after the fish is completed. We cant gaurantee any cold water fish not to have this happen. We do take precautions to prevent this.
Bird mounts do have problems with pin feathers , which will fall apart during skinning and fleshing , degreasing and preserving procedures. It is very hard to tell if this will happen , so we can't gaurantee it wont. Sometimes you will need to harvest a better bird . We will not charge you anything if this happens , but will expect to get paid for the procedures that have been completed up to this point The price will vary depending on the type of bird and will be deducted out of your deposit.
Drop off procedure: When you drop off your trophy , you need to bring a cash deposit of 70% in order for us to start your work. Remaining balance is due on completion. Jobs which cost more than $750 might require another 15% down half way through completion and remainder on completion.From the time we call you , you have 15 days to pick up your finished mount. If you fail to make arrangements and we store your work past 15 days , we will add a storage fee of $10 per week after that until you pick it up.( No fees will be removed or waived) , We have no room to store quantities of mounts. We will give you a total of 3 months storage past 15 days at $10 per week , at which point the mount becomes ours after 105 days if not picked up and all money previously paid by the customer is non refundable.(No exceptions to our policy will be made.)

I understand that if I fail to comply with the pickup agreement of my mount . On the 105th day at 12:00 a.m. the mount becomes the property of Mounted Just Right Taxidermy and at this point we have the authority by you signing this agreement to sell or destroy or get rid of your mount any way we choose or keep it for our display. You will receive one phone call prior to the 105th day. I understand Mounted Just Right taxidermy does not have time to call customers constantly to get them to pick up and pay for their mounts. I have completely read and agree to all of the above agreement & Waiver Policy.
